Return & Refund Policy
At Valhalla Pickleball, we strive to provide products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines.
General Return Requirements
All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
A Return Authorization (RA#) is required prior to sending any item back. Returns received without return authorization clearly noted on the shipping label may be refused.
Photos will need to be submitted via email prior to obtaining an RA#.
Original proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer unless the return is due to our error or in the case of a defective product (determined during RA# request).
Paddles
Condition:

Only new, unused paddles with all original packaging are eligible for a full 100% refund.

Paddles that have been used will be inspected and graded at our discretion. Initial grading is done via provided photos (during the RA# request) before paddle is returned. An estimated refund will be provided at that time. Returned paddles will be inspected to reaffirm condition and confirm grading accuracy in relation to refund amount:

Paddles that can be resold as “lightly used/demo” would be eligible for partial refund or store credit (80-90%). Note: Face/Edge Guard/Grip/End Cap should all be clean and free of nicks, scratches, gouges, dents, tears, or scuffs. Minimal light ball marks on paddle face that can effectively be cleaned are acceptable.

Paddles showing more moderate use with more significant marks and/or signs of wear may be accepted for partial refund or store credit (up to 75%). Paddle should be free of any significant gouges, scratches, dings or dents.

Abuse of our return policy is not acceptable. A refund will be declined if it is determined the paddle cannot be reasonably reused or resold. Please be sure of your reasons for return and the condition of your paddle before sending product back for return.

Final Decision: Refund amounts on used paddles are determined solely by Valhalla Pickleball following in-person inspection and final grading assessment.
Grips & Accessories
Due to their low cost, small size, and high shipping expense relative to value, all grips and accessory items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

POD items (including apparel and other made-to-order products) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

In the event of a POD defect, customers must provide clear photos of the issue for review, prior to authorization.
Clearance, Closeout & Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as clearance, closeout, or those marked “Final Sale,” are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the return is received, inspected, and approved.

Partial refunds (if applicable) will be communicated clearly before being processed.

Please allow 10-14 business days after final determination for refunds to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Wholesale & Reseller Orders

All wholesale sales are final.

Retailers are responsible for handling their own customer returns and exchanges.

Valhalla Pickleball will honor manufacturer warranty claims for defective paddles directly with the end-user or through the retailer, in accordance with our warranty terms.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
